Heading to PMB for a week in November. Trying to find either a Place to rent a bike or trail centres that rent out bikes whilst you are there. Hoping to ride howick/Karkloof, Giba and somewhere in the berg, in between catching up with my folks.

Not critical to ride, but would be a waste not to whilst I am there.

Any intel much appreciated.

There are trails in pmb, did not know that, maybe I should reconsider going up with the fam in Feb.

I would be keen on said answer too, se how it would stack up against flying my own bike up...

Cascades pmb, giba, holla trials (Balito), karkloof, Virginia. You can hire at giba, not sure about the rest. The berg has the cathkin trails which are awesome but you need your own bike

Awesome trails around Pmb, howick and Durban/Pinetown/Ballito. Considering taking my own bike, but it’s a bit of a pain just for a few days and three different airlines each way are more likely to damage the bike. Also won’t have an awful amount of time to ride.

Ask a bike shop nicely, maybe they have a demo bike for you to use...

If you want to become a roadie, I have a bike you could use during your stay.

Thanks - might try that m, but would prefer a rental so I don’t have to feel guilty about riding it hard

Many thanks for the options guys. Emailed the guys at pyga and they have gone out of their way to help me find a rental. Unbelievable
