The bloody f&$$ing headset cups are not sitting flush. Just wanna sort that out before I take picks. Busy mailing them so it will still be done tonight.

Pieter1 Posted January 28, 2020 Posted January 28, 2020 Hey Pieter, It looks to me like you will just need an additional spacer on the steer tube so you can get the proper torque on the top cap onto a spacer. The Top cap is simply being tightened against the steer tube preventing it from being able to be properly torqued to tighten all of the headset down into the frame.

Eddy Gordo Posted January 28, 2020 Author Posted January 28, 2020 Thats the Evol air can. I think for every 50psi you need to cycle the shock through its travel so as to fill the negative chamber with air.
