 Although I'm not all that well-versed in "bikehub lore", I have definitely seen multiple instances of the phrase "Couch photos or it didn't happen".

I've done tutu's, skirts, and tiny 80s gym costumes in the past, but I draw the line at bikinis. Even after 12weeks of Bikini Body Guide exercising. It is just better for THE WHOLE WORLD if it doesn't happen.

Don't sell yourself short... I reckon a bikini party at jonkers is a must do this Autumn......

I have started skipping. Nothing like some skipping to get your heart rate up. Also do planking and stability ball exercises that target the legs.

I do running on Monday morning and push ups and sit ups in the evening. Tuesday to Thursday is cycling and only 5 min on Friday morning on the punching bag. Saturday it is back to running and Sunday I do my long rides.
