The bottom line in terms of supplement and things you can take to improve performance, if they work well they are banned, anything else will have minor improvements and are likely not worth taking. Well that is what I see at least.

Yes, but OP wasn’t asking about performance enhancement, but for improved health/decreased risk of getting ill

Also, where do you work? Open plan? Rubbish air-cons? Everyone around you always sick?

We have some dire cases stumbling around my office, so short of holding my breath when they walk past (thats science I tell you!) sometimes its just a case of when you're going to get sick, not if...

Hi there, I have been cycling now just going on a year and found that I am getting sick quite often , which never used to happen I would maybe go to the doctor every 2 years but now it seems like I am going every 2 months, anyone out there that had the same problem ? How did you overcome it ? Did you take supplements? Change in diet ?

Please help

If I dont eat well after a solid weekend of riding I tend to get sick.

I have increased calorie intake with a good recovery shake after long/harder weekend rides and it has made a big difference.

Ugh. I hate these modern offices. Last December and January this year our offices sounded like a TB ward of a government hospital: non-stop coughing, wheezing and sneezing.

Luckily only ended up with a stiff throat for a day or so.

Recovering faster is a key factor in performance enhancing and in my opinion the 2 are tied together, if you can recover best you can tear the ring day after day. If you recover well your body will likely fend off sickness better as well

Slight tangent haha but that statement had me think of that one- Got a viagra stuck in my throat the other evening, had a stiff neck for days...
