Each side offers a different everesting opportunity.

Six days after my Everest I did the Oak Valley 24hr MTB race solo and finished in the gold category feeling strong. I was also doing little rides during the week which were good. Keep on top of your nutrition and hydration during and after the ride and its all good. If you look at your Garmin suggested recovery time though, you'll probably have to rest for three months Frail.
