Does he get any rest stops along the way ?  Or just one LOOONG rode ??

You can rest as much as you want, but you have to do the same amount of climbing as the height of Mt Everest within the 24 hour period. You have to climb the same hill, come down the same route, turn around, climb it again......and again.............until you have gained an accumulated 8848m...........or your legs............or the time runs out. Not something guys like me should ever even consider

Hey guys.

Update. DAVID is doing great. HE is currently averaging about 1h20 per lap. Already over 2000m elevation covered and 180 odd km down.

 

 

Please check his Facebook wall for video. He is considering some bonus laps (I know right!) And is looking for sponsors per lap R250.
