The way things are going with the NX Eagle derailleurs, I don't think so. Bearings have far less drag and therefore less force on the pulley bolt.

i know of at least 2 in the shop, that had to binned after numerous backwards and forths, CCS just warrantied with a GX rech mech

Eish. I know the Eagle stuff is cross compatible but I have a normal nx mech. Can I get a gx on a nx cassette? Is this a stupid question? Or do I just get two better pulley wheels?

There seems to be a common Trent that the NX one unscrew them self, and it looks like the bush gets dirty and binds to the bolt and then loosens the bolt

You can run ANY 12 speed cassette with ie Sram 12spd, Sunrace 12 spd, even KCNC now makes  9-52.....with any SRAM 12 RD.

However, cassettes are FREEHUB specific. SRAM/KCNC, E13 = XDDriver, and Sunrace = shimano (normal old school) freehub

Go buy some BBB for couple hundred.

I have not seen any BBB's for the SRAM eagle, not that they wont work but Eagle run two different size pulleys, the bottom one is bigger than the top one.

It's the rear mech that's the issue.

No matter how hard we tried it stayed jumping hopping, was on the stand daily and twice with CCS

same rule applies, cassette and free hub goes together and Rear Deraileur and does not care what cassette you have on there as long as it is 11 speed.

Just ONE thing, SRAM NX/GX/X0/XX rear Deraileur .

SRAM 11spd does not like any cassette bigger than a 46t and Sram did not make a cassette bigger than 11-42 or 10-42. Any cassette with 9 or 10 at the bottom will require a special freehub. even shimano.

Any cassette starting with 11- bla, will take a normal free hub. NX came out supporting normal hubs so the all started at 11(from what i remember)

So you can use any 11 speed cassette that will fit your Free hub. as long as you dont go bigger than 46 so any 11-42  or 11-46 BUT NOT 11-50 to run that only Sh1imano will work
