A mate of mine is the Chiro a few blocks down(he used to be across from the car spares shop and now they a few blocks before the bike shop) and when he moved he was saying that the council is no longer giving business rights to any of those houses and that it is still a lucrative area so when places come up for sale it goes quickly and too whoever has the most money.
