Howzit Naas.

Can you maybe send me a pm to tell me what this is? Is my order nr #100017797 but when I track it, it seems odd. The masks going to my father I can see but this has an odd description.

Weird. I got e-mails tho.

Edit. Sorry I also placed on Wed. I was deurmekaar.

 

Also ordered on Wednesday, got some emails confirming the order early on Wednesday morning....

 

still no show ....

 

 

Guess we got spoilt with Naas's normal super fast delivery  :thumbup:  .... he DID say this was all done via an outside company ....

 

 

I am okay with a few proper masks, but was hoping to get my wife's masks ASAP ....

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining.

Maybe the waybill is the issue. But I can see more details on my order going to my dad than mine. Again. I’m not moaning I’m just curious why?

Hi Guys

 

The first batch of orders was sent out yesterday. Second batch will be send on Monday.

 

These COVID-19 orders are a bit "complicated" vs our usual orders.

 

1. We (EVOBIKES) do not send it out but we have to use our COVID-19 supplier to ship.

2. All couriers are only running skeleton staff so there is ONLY a morning pick-up.

3. The Face Mask manufacturer is also under pressure but it should ease from Tuesday on-wards as we have ordered BULK quantities to be stocked at our COVID-19 supplier and I personally go and collect them now.

4. Our first order were send out with the manufacturer's courier - not our own courier and it has STILL not been delivered...

 

There has been a HUGE demand for them and we are packing and sending out as much as we can.
