They are usually amazingly helpful and efficient.Don't get me wrong, the person who processed my 1 month extension was very friendly and efficient. She's just applying a process as dictated by her manager. Trying to get a coherent explanation out of the manager as to why I wasn't eligible for the 3 months lost to me (as applied to others) was however a lost cause.
