Not really stand up comedy, but rather comedy in general - any Trailer Park Boys fans here? Its one of those shows that you can only love or hate and its very unpredictable which is which. Me and my oldest daughter are proper fans and my wife question our intelligence for just watching it, let alone loving it.

For those who have not heard of it before:

Any kevin Bridges fans here? Love his stuff!

Yes, always enjoy him and yes I can understand every word  :P

Love his facial expression in one show where he  first talks about Scottish football but doesn't mention Celtic or Rangers.

So after about a year I also now understand everything he says

I absolutely love his comedy, his powers of observation is phenomenal!

Have we mentioned Al Murray?

Humour based in science/medicine/the financial markets/human observation and patriotism social satire. The guy is brilliant and his beer on tap during the shows a stroke of genius

There are people who think "The Pub Landlord" is a real person.

Al Murray also has a drum manufacturing business.

He's a pretty good drummer.

If you have an interest in what makes comedians tick.

Have a listen to the Comedian' Comedian podcast with Stuart Goldsmith.

It goes back about 8 years. It can get a bit "What's your process" at times but it's not bad.

Sean Locke

#Difficultwank on 8 out of 10 Cats does Countdown.

Also check out his sitcom 15 Storeys High. It's on YouTube.

I won't point to it as searching for Sean Locke will bring up a huge number of unexpected delights.
