When my Tacx gave me issues, it was still under warranty so I recorded a video of the noise it made and sent it to their head offices in the Netherlands or somewhere there. They sent me a new head set unit within a couple of days. When it landed in SA however it got stuck for a wee bit  :whistling:

 

So either the place where you got it from as mentioned above or contact them directly. They will also be able to point you in the right direction
