i have been using a 4iiii for a couple of years now and have been very happy, last week when replacing the battery i noticed the small rubber O ring is broken, i emailed them asking where or how do i get a replacement, and have not received any response, can anybody here provide a phone number for them or tell where to get a replacement O ring.

yeah I checked, factory install only or a completed unit, similar to Stages. Thats a pity because DIY isn't difficult

2 years. Faultless. Very happy. Since moving to Dubai it does tend to eat batteries though.

Just take the battery cover and old O ring down to a a good auto spares shop. They'll likely have one to sell you. Or a hydraulic components shop. These things are pretty standardized.
