MTB Trails around Scottburgh

Hello all

I've recently moved to Scottburgh and looking to ride some trails/routes/roads whatever is available. I can see through Google that there are quite a few paid for trails but wondering if anyone knew of some free routes around the area? I'm a bit skint at the moment and until I get a job I am just looking for somewhere to ride thats not on the road!

Some say that if you find the right path, you could ride for three days, until you end up in the Underberg... There might have been a lot of traffic in the opposite direction this weekend though...

Hi... it's been a few years since the last post. 

Wife has booked a week in December in the Scottburgh area. Wanted to find out if there any good trails closeby.

@Matuka you should know all the good spots there by now if you're still living there...

We are going to iFafa (on the south coast) this weekend... heard there is a 31km mostly gravel route from there.  Is it marked?  Any more details?

Virginia trails is about an hour's drive from Scottburgh but it's definitely worth a visit

Would anyone be able to advise if it would be safe to ride from Scottburgh to Vernon Crookes Game Reserve on a MTB. I've use Komoot to plot a route.
