What android app can I use to measure my run/ride and alert me when I reach a preset distance?

I want to be able to just run/ride wherever my heart leads me and then get an alert when I reach a preset distance.

Needs to be an android app.

but i think this might be a pretty standard feature across most apps? not sure

Strava is the most used app among cyclist and runners. I've been using it for years now

Pretty much anything with an autolap feature where you can pick a distance for the lap. Never really done any activity tracking on strava or any other android app, but I assume that many will have a custom autolap feature with a lap alert sound.

I use Huawei Health. It obviously works with my smart watch but that is not required.

If you are not keen on spending a lot get a garmin forunner 35 or 45 .... 35 cheap as chips and does what you are wanting
