If you are referring to the flow line at Plasir De Merle as posted in the pics from Chris, then it was not part of the Cape Epic in March. Johan & I both did it we definitely did not ride that or any part of their single track except the bordering vineyards to exit at the bottom.

Jip, the only Franschhoek trails on Stage 5 was around the dam.

 

Shortly after that the route was on the MTB strip next to the road, until you turned towards Pniel.

 

 

Pity the trails on the farms along this section was "lost"  .... Johan did post about that before the event, when he was doing his practice rides.
