Lezyne mega xl gps battery

Good day Hubbers

My lezyne mega xl battery is refusing to charge. I plugged the device in my pc and it picks up the device. Anyone know where I can have it repaired or buy a replacement battery. The product is out of warranty so not an option. 

Any help would be appreciated, as I don't have the budget to buy a replacement.

My first Lezyne light worked for about one week.

 

It then randomly refused to start up .... plugging it into a charger for 5 seconds would reset its electronics.

 

That unit was replaced.

 

The new unit is doing well, and have done many 7 hours rides.

 

But there are just too many similar accounts out there.  Doubt I will buy their lights again.

 

 

HOPE you get sorted.  I think the electronics on yours have gone on the blink

let me check they are based in PE i think and sorted mine out in under a week. was cracked casing

It was 2wheelstrading,

 

Cant remember the person i spoke to but i sent my device down and the replaced the cover with the new aluminium barcjket at the bottom. the plastic one broke.

Service was good.

Friend of mine bought one after my recommendation. Had a internal crack on his display and they refused to acknowledge the warranty; they claim it was dropped. The unit was extremely hot, like mobile phones do, which could indicate a swollen battery.
