Anyone know where I can get a new battery for a Garmin Fenix 5?

Garmin SA. You have to send in your device to Joburg for a quote though.

Alternatively, order a battery online and follow youtube videos for DIY instructions.

They will tell you to buy a new one at cost, I would be very surprised if you get a different outcome than that. Maybe a phone repair shop could help you though ?

I have taken the old one out so installing a new one won’t be difficult, but I am struggling to find one.

My fenix 5 battery is still going strong, but if I don't have to buy a new watch when the battery dies, R400 seems like a great deal. 

From what I've seen online the replacement looks pretty straightforward.
