I use iceman for recovery' date=' R40 per pot, works like a charm. After a ride, lie in a bath for a good 20 minutes, then dry and apply. Cools down your legs, feels actually like they are on fire

You know that stuff is for horses.........Big%20smile

I clearly states on the pot......NOT FOR HUMAN USE.

(I use it too and it works, yes.  LOL)

It's the same as the Biopace chainrings. If you feel you have to justify spending that amount of money, they you will be convinced that it works. What's the point of all these toys if you never make it to the top 100 finishers of a race anyway.

I use and sell the Linebreak Compression garments, used them for the Epic, as well as Iceman. Everything helps, I have treid not using it for a period during training to see if i could feel a difference.

Legs feel pumped after wearing the tights, but you do need to warm up and flush them out.

Did you get your Garmin back yet?

Hijack Off

Yes Ian I got a 705 Yesterday from a first glance it is much better than the 305 but still need to read the manual to see exactly what it can and can't do.

All the "beuatiful people at this years Cape Epic wore compression garments of some sort.

The garments work in the same way as a kick in the balls...

I can't say that they work at all but what does seem to work for me is EMS (Electo Muscular Stimulation). Body builders have ben using it for abot 10years and i know that US postal and Discovery used it during Lances last two years with them.

Last night on "I did not know that" they were at a Wasp rugby club training session and they showed how the players get into a tub of cold water, 5 degrees, and then hat themselfs up under a shower.
