The tyres are unbranded, and it is only the "N 356" we can see on it, aside form the pressure data. Would we need new tyres to go tubeless ? I have not yet found an MTB tire or rim that cannot be made tubeless. To be honest some Racing Ralph tires that are Tubeless need a lot of work to make them seal. A one time regular hubber of years ago @dirtrider taught me, as you say, with enough effort, duct tape and sealant any tire/rim combination can be run tubeless ... Easiest and most hassle free long term is to tape a roll of tyre liner/protection inside the tyre and fit sealant tubes.
