Chainline on 1 x system.

I feel a bit of a fool. 

My chain was not dropping because of a chain line issue, it appears my quick link was not installed properly causing it to jump of the chain ring.

Ahahahaha, I’ve done this, but for me it just caused skipping in the 10T cog.

Was very concerned until I got home and face palmed very hard

I assume not 'clicked in' properly?

I have also had this problem when fitting one of those 'shaped' 12sp quick links upside down some years ago ... Luckily my man Grumpy quickly pointed out my error. The knowledge that oke has stored never ceases to amaze me!

Every cyclist needs a guy like that in his life 😎
