Hi guys,

Does anyone know where I can get these stem bolts ?

They are 4mm hex

Bolt and nut shop , bolt fast , anyhting in those lines of names will get you to the closest one 

 

You can use full thread lengths there but if you wish not to ask for a M4 x 15mm shoulder cap bolt with 3 or 4 hex cap

Try your LBS they might have a parts/scrap bin with randon nuts, bolts etc. If it is a nice stem that you want to keep then buy a cheep stem and use the bolts.

Where are you located? If in Centurion area then i have a few scrap stems and bolts. I am sure @RobertWhitehead has a plan if you PTA  side.

Find an engineering shop that sells stainless steel bolts. They look much better.

There is a brilliant one just behind access park

But honestly a decent Bike Shop/Workshop will have boxes of those
