That is priced NOT to sell.  Article is pretty clear about that.  They even say the price will reduce after the olympics.

 

 

Pretty sure if somebody put down the money, to buy the technology not the bike, that there will be a "delivery period" ... delivery post olympics.

 

 

 

 

On the technology front .... would love to know more about the "dot painted decals" .... uneven surface to further reduce drag ?
