thebob Posted August 6 Share Thanks @DieselnDust. Morne put me in contact with William's bike shop.. I spoke with William and he is confident he can sort the issue. Ibis has committed to a new frame if it can't be done. I also just want to give a big thank you to William. He is the best example of how you run a bike shop I have ever dealt with. Communication before, during and after has been top class. Explained what he had found on the bike, how he fixed it, was super understanding and I never had to follow up once. The fact that he is still actively in the workshop is why stuff works. Too many bike shops have a super knowledgeable owner who has subsequently hired guys to do the grunt work I'm stoked its sorted though and you had a rad experience. Darryn doesn’t just work there, he’s part of the success. He’s a big part of why the workshop is one of the the best and this leaves William to build lots of wheels. There’s heaps of trust . Will can drop everything and know that Darryn had got everything covered. That’s why I’ll drive 40 km in the wrong direction.
