If you are referring to a normal cardboard box that pre-assembled bicycles arrive in at a bicycle shop, then most bicycle shops should be able to help you. Some give them away and others charge. If you are thinking about a hardshell transport case then you going to have to spend some money.

Thanks, I am referring to the ones the courier companies (like Trans-Sport, Pickfords etc) use when transporting bikes to and from races.

You get a few different types of bike boxes, it will help if you provide a picture of what you are after.

This box looks like, i would have to remove the handle bars and seat post. I am looking for a bigger box where i only have to remove the front wheel

Most bike shops should be able to help with a box. I got a Scott Spark box when going to Cape Town and it was big enough to put a dual sus without dismantling the rear end/wheel.

You just rotate the fork 90° if the box is wide enough, then you don't have to do anything to the handlebars.  Else you loosen the handlebar bolts and rotate the bars down, if the box is not wide enough.  Then it is easy enough once arrived at your destination to rotate the bars back up and tighten the bolts.

So you will be only removing the front wheel, and at worse loosening the handlebar bolts and rotating the bars.
