Musashi Posted February 3 Posted February 3 Me and my son are (correctly) seeded with the tandems at 06:05 but there’s no way we’re going to stick with those fast groups so we want to drop back to a group more our pace. Anyone with a 3:45 to 04:00 Argus pace, where are you seeded for the 99er?

I think we may fall back as there is no way we are strong enough to hold the pace of those early first groups. I'm a competent cyclist but relatively new to riding a tandem and my mom is not super strong. I feel it may be abit unsafe if everyone is significantly faster than us and flying past from behind, any advice on where to start?
