Is it a different saddle to the one you had with the previous dropper?

Is It currently hurting the meat and veg or the pudding?

I’d do a bike fit first and see.

same saddle different dropper (specialized power saddle in the size the ass scan machine said to get I was happy on this saddle on the previous post)

tjommie is the main area affected

If you place a spirit level or a spirit level app on your phone on the saddle on the flattest part of the nose of the saddle, what is the angle?

I would have thought that that strong saddle tilt would transfer weight onto your hands on long rides - but if it's comfy for you then it's comfy for you.

My saddle tilt adjustments usually end with me totally screwing up my position and going back to the bike fitter for a reset.

He calls me a "micro-adjuster".

its then flat at the moment not tilted forward at all and ive been comfortable for years on this saddle... just tilted maybe 1deg more nose down... no pain in arms no sliding nothing just happy lol but now this dropper wont let me tilt to the right angle... no ive never had a bike fit

Saddles do have a live time.

I had the same issue in December/January with my HT (my long distance road bike) ....

Turns out the saddle had sagged in the middle.  NO, you dont see it.  But as soon as you sit on it, you sag into it like a soft couch .... causing all kinds of issues.  The irony is it happens so gradually that you dont realise it, until it starts hurting ....

Sure, tilting the heck out of it means you end up sitting on the front .... which is not ideal either.

Took a few tries to get the right saddle ..... After many years on Sella Italia I now love the Fizik on the HT.

Well worth popping in at Irma (IrmFit) and have a bike fit done.

Jaroslav Kulhavy says point your saddle down as much as you want if it works.

It certainly worked for him

But then I remember less than brilliant riders back then telling him to have a bike fit too, so 🤷‍♂️
