WW, what is up with us hubbers?!?!?!??!?!! i hope you are not in serious pain and that you get better quickly.

i know the feeling of wondering how the bike got off with less damages than the rider.... i think us who truly love our bikes instinctively protect them in such situations!

get better soon dude!

WW! What happened?! From the sounds of things you had a major crash?!

Haven't you just come back after a wrist op?

Was just a bit over enthusiastic in my aspproach to a railway croissing on wet roads, front wheel slipped and a few riders piled into and over me. Hip also badly bruised but fortunatley nothing broken, including the recently oped wrist.

Now I need to get back into shape for DC, Tour de Winelands and season ending Jailbreak. (100km TT as part of a WW tri-athlon team...cant wait!!)

Hi Slowpoke, I hope YOU are getting on well, compared to your injuries, I think I got off lightly. Only with a few scrapes and bruise.

My bike got quite a bit of damage, but the brunt of the fall was taken by my Giro Atmos helmet, so Thumbs%20Up to Giro.

I'll be ok, just need to take it easy for a few weeks to heel, so probably no more racing this year, but "ILL BE BACK...."

Best of luck with your recovery.

Not a chance! We did about 55km on Tuesday and he sat in front for at least 40km of the way, while rambling on about what he's going to do if one more person tells him he should get into shape again.LOLLOL
