BB Sleeve Oxidization

Hi All 

Wonder if anyone can help? 

I have a frame with a BB30 bottom bracket. A sleeve was inserted (pressed in) years ago to allow the use of a GXP (threaded) BB and crankset. I wanted to remove it to use a different BB30 Crankset and it won't budge. I'm assuming the aluminum surfaces have oxidized to one another. 

Is there anyway to get this sleeve out without damaging the frame?

You Say it was Pressed in So It won't just come out. It will need to be pressed out.

The sleeve of a BB30 is plastic.

Usually these sleeves comes with glue and its bonding into the frame when pressed in. Basically, a permanent fix for a creaking or over / under sized missed lined BB?

Try to apply heat with a gas flame while pressing it.

Not a great idea if the frame is carbon, which I guess is.

The sleeve is Aluminum and it was pressed in, but to my knowledge, no bonding or glue was used. 

I previously had one of these sleeves in a Swift frame I had.... It pressed in and when I changed cranks, it was just pressed out with the headset press.

If it was an aluminium sleeve then it is going to require lots of penetrating oil, patience, a quotation for a new frame and a willing insurance assessor
