Anyone know what the SA hour record is for 50-55 AG?

TP Virtual has a Velodrome and I've been messing around a bit with training - doing a few workouts on the Velodrome.

Got me thinking - is there an hour record for AG's or is it just the official one set by Gert Fouche?

I'm seriously tempted to do an hour FTP test on the Virtual Velodrome and see how far I can go in an hour

I was thinking ooh yes ... then I realised I'm now 56 so I'm not eligible - I wonder if there's a 56 to 60 SA record

I'm actually thinking it might be quite an interesting thing to do - probably going to *** off properly but over December/Jan when the Tri season is slow I might just give it a go

I think my first goal will be to try and do 40km - I did that once years ago on my old TACX Flow on the TACX software but that was wildly optimistic I suspect
