I have shut down restarted and Even Uninstaller and re- installed but still no luck. Any info on how to get them to sync again. Edited February 12 by Trekkie65 Wrong spelling

NotSoBigBen Posted February 12 Posted February 12 I'm no expert but assuming a normal Garmin/Strava setup I would first check that the uploads are going to Garmin Connect If not I would remove the device/s in Garmin Connect and then add it/them again .... If they are in Garmin Connect then perhaps remove and then add the connection between Connect and Strava? Just thoughts not outright expert IT advice 😎 NC_lurker 1
HowardSteele Posted February 12 Posted February 12 noticed yesterday my Garmin Edge ..loaded to garmin connect but then wouldn't didnt upload to strava I eventually did hardwired upload.. a couple of weeks back my forerunner had issues and I had to reset reboot.🙈

Possible that you just need to reset the connection between Garmin & Strava. I've had a similar issue with my Polar previously. 'Kaze Pete 1

I had a "similar" experience after Banhoek Trailseeker .... my ride just would not load, but my walking activities did ..... then the penny dropped. I immediately repaired my watch to the new phone. Used my watch for the first few bike rides ... and never gave it a second thought. Once I finally got around to pairing the Edge with my new phone everything worked again.
