Colcleer tablets (the purple ones) are also made of effedriene and something else - can't remember the name. a friend of mine now and then does training rides with them - he says he flies. I tried them once on a training ride and found they made my mouth dry - didnt really help much at all. but hey.. different strokes for different folks LOL

haha.. you dont need lots of money to dope. Norseudoephedrine is available over the counter at your pharmacist.

heres a tip : If someone is shaking like a leaf before a race - they're up to their eyeballs on the stuff. I've seen it at pretty much every race' date= even WP champs...

I'm normally shaking because I'm bloody cold, now back off!

The day you not nervous on a race startline is the day you should give up your sport competing wise. Thats what I always say.

Screw you, I'm never nervous, it's such a pointless waste of energy.

new motto for SA cycling:

"It's not cheating if you don't get caught."

Integrity, honestly, pride are old fashioned values.

Is it fully off the list or is it acceptable to have a certain level, say two bottle of benolyn, in you.

Far as I know, it was like caffeine, initially restricted and then cleared.

2 bottles of benolyn? You'd be p*ssed as a coot instead.
