It tastes nice and I didnt spike like I do with other gels. Give them a try you wont be disappointed I promise you that much. Oh and they easy to swallow

I havent weighed them though so dont know if they are 1.2kg`s. But with my toolkit etc im still over 40kgs for the bike lol....
