Get a light weight wheelset. money to weight ratio is the best. Then the fork and then after that the law of deminishing returns comes into play.

 

We put on a new wheelset onto my wifes bike and she is super happy with the results. you dont save alot on the weight but your accelaration is better, and going up hills are easier. get some nice lightweight tires, with a low rolling resistance and a  tubeless system. that should make a difference for now.

I weigh about 64kg so I don't need the to have the strongest rims.

Or, like so many others have mentioned....

 

1. 1st of all, get a lighter set of wheels

(Good option will be ZTR rims with AM classic hubs)

2. KCNC - Stem, h/bar, seatpost & bar ends

3. Lighter tyres
