No. He lost his balance while riding his unicycle and then crashed head first into a wheel that someone planted in the ground some years before.

The photo may have been posted before. i really don't know. Waht I do know is that after having studied the photo for a while it look like the guy's entire fork + bars broke loose at the head tube...

I wonder If he was still braking when he had a continental sandwich...
