They have a nice product underwritten by various insurers so you should not have any problems. If there was not forcible entry or exit I think they limit theft to R5,000-00.

I bought the cable at Makro. It would be very easy to cut through it with the right tools but it makes a big noise. I also use it on my bike caddy for longer trips.

Have you had any luck finding your bike ST?

Oh, just wondered. I mean if it's just the bike, chances are they new exactly what it was and how much it was worth... Try the local 2nd hand dealers and maybe mail the local clubs... reckon it'll turn up then.

yep, those were our thoughts as well, so we've contacted the various folk regarding it.  I almost feel sorry for the guy riding a small green iron horse in one of the popular spots.
