If the derailleur bolts or clamps weren't facing 3 degrees east of magnetic north, it DIDNT work! But once it was all figured out, and the cables clamped, no adjustments were needed - IT JUST WORKED! The tension in the cables feels high, partly do to the seriosly strong derailleur springs. The shifts fire off like a gun, seriously loud CRACK, but are really fast.The front derailleur is easy to operate, but the rear will take some getting used to, cant tell yet, if I'm going up or down...

Your bike sounds good, you should post a pic in the photo section.
