Yeah but lets be honest here, that one rider is pretty special! And it was 4 on 1. And they had all been in a break since Hels.

Hannachi really is in a class of his own, he can climb and sprint! In fact last year at Killarney I saw him win a spint where he led himself out from before the bottom turn, on his wheel (I can't remember the exact order) were: David George, Darren Lill, Moolman, Lourens, and he still rode away from them. He really should just bugger off overseas, if he stays here then he's wasting his time.

TitusTI  only Hannachi, Craig, Will and Luthando had been in the break,    it was after Craig and Will punchured 10km from the end at the same time did it come back .

I know exactly what heppened. They went over the hill with a 31 second gap to us (4 RK's, Leo and myself), the gap stayed exactly the same (31 seconds) until the punctures happened. I know the RK boys were working hard because they had been attacking me since the base of Hels. I just don't have legs like Hannachi though. Then after the double puncturing they caught and started attacking Hannachi, it's not like they did nothing until they caught, we were all giving it stick.

I recall microsoft being 4/1 and still loosing out to 1 KM rider........and MTN jumped on board to sponsor them

I think you missing the point here token... they still got 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th on the day... I think in terms of sponsorship value that has to be equal to a 1st at least. If not for Hanachi they may have gotten 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th... they were clearly the strongest team on the day, the other teams only managed to get 1 rider into the final move... they got 4. Unluckily for them Hanachi is like a one man team
