markStockton Posted October 13, 2008 Share Is anyone else still getting letter and statements from My Picture / Action Photo for last years 94.7 race? In my case I bought the photos and paid by electronic transfer. Mailed lawrence@mypicture.co.za the payment details and still over 6 months later I still receive statements and letters requesting payment. I'm about to pick up the phone and rip someone a new one. There was a small piece of paper attached to the account which said that they had changed their system (or something along those lines) and were busy collecting all outstanding amounts. It seems a good place to rip is the MD joe@mypicture.co.za . Just sent him a mail telling him that I and my family won't be supporting his business as we don't have a policy of rewarding incompetence. I also suggested that he might want to read this thread as my frustration does not seem to be isolated. Be interesting to see if there is a result. Their business model is illegal in terms of Government Gazette no. 26700 I once challenged them on this issue. I have yet to receive a reply.
