We did a Toy run in WCape, cycled from Stellenbosch to Wellington (Andrew Murray Home) with a bunch of students, teddies were strapped to out handle bars, camelbacks etc. It was huge fun, the kids loved it, and those smiles, man it melts my heart just thinking about it. Going back next tuesday and can't wait.

And I agree with Wolvie, Jan is probably best as dates are done for December with most folks going away. And I think most would want to participate, then we can co-ordinate with the guys in the cape and do one on the same day, and see who can collect the most stuff, JHB or CPT? Find a shelter there guys to support and do the same as in JHB, oh and maybe the few guys and gals in KZN as well!!!
swsup97 Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 I'm in ...with 25 000 cyclists taking part in the recent 94.7 i doubt there will be a problem with rousing support - the more the better - just need to get the word out ..
