We did a Toy run in WCape, cycled from Stellenbosch to Wellington (Andrew Murray Home) with a bunch of students, teddies were strapped to out handle bars, camelbacks etc. It was huge fun, the kids loved it, and those smiles, man it melts my heart just thinking about it. amateur Posted November 27, 2008 Share how about each person donates a toy and a bag/tin of dog/cat food. (stocks at FORA are always low at the shelter this time of the year)? And I agree with Wolvie, Jan is probably best as dates are done for December with most folks going away. And I think most would want to participate, then we can co-ordinate with the guys in the cape and do one on the same day, and see who can collect the most stuff, JHB or CPT?
