I think you can only participate in a provincal championship in the province where you live

 

Not quite as I understood it last ... CSA (or each provincial cycling body) tries and have the provincial champs on the same weekend (time) so racers can not jump a province ....

Ja......but they go compete in a province that is easier to win to write it on the CV........

Hi, I am PPA registered. Do I still go about getting a CSA racing

license to compete in national evens at myrace or do I need a club or

does PPA take care of it all?

PPA members still need a CSA licence - you may get one without belonging to a club as well. With one restriction; PPA is a 'recreational association' and can't issue racing licences... only recreational or cyclosport. If you want a Racing license you must join an affiliated club.
