Thanks Andrew, Ali and Geoff. Had fun, especially on the drop-offs! Both my sons came along to ride, the older one (11) had a ball and the little one (almost 3) had a fall... But on the way there it was like Christmas morning with the all excitement in the car!

I popped in at the hospital to say hi to BigBen. His face is swollen and lots of bruises & scrapes but he is OK. Was due to go to surgery at 15h00 and is hoping to be discharged at about 17h00.

Thank you Andrew & Ali for your hospitality and a great afternoon.

 

A couple of sore and battered bodies were the result but some great singletrack, a couple of nasty little jumps (isn't that right Sonic & BB) and a great 6m high bridge that more than a few Hubbers successfully negotiated.

 

I'm sure that the singletrack on the side of the freeway will be just as good when Geoff has finished the construction.
