I'm big Bontrage fan for back wheel and Hutchinson Bulldogs on front wheel. Rode this combination at Barberton and worked like a dream.

 

The Bontrage is quite narrow so not just does it shed mud, but it leaves big enough gap between wheel and frame at wish bone.
