I hear the Focus team (Sub Vets) are putting in a 1000km a week. Each

ermm..well then if you wanna follow a program, its like 4weeks ,as the last 2weeks should be tapering stage..

how the f#### does a person manage their time to do that???

needless to say the fatigue (mental and physical that onsets as a result of trying to / managing to do this)

 

which makes me think that they must be superhuman to do their job, juggle their family, train and find time to sort lifes admin matters out or they dont work??? Confused

That means they are putting in about 38 hours a week.

 

They better win some races, because they must be unemployed to be able to do that. Otherwise nou bread(pasta) on the table

Ek dink hulle ry 'n klein bietjie vinniger as 26kph, so dit is doen baar 5 - 6 ure per dag, ses dae 'n week, maklik en onthou almal is ex / semi pro's, jy better ma daai roes afskuur want dit lyk my julle gaan harde dr@lle k#k in daai VA bondelTongue
