Its a secret spot in Somerset West. Really awesome single trails between jeep access ground roads.

ek is redelik seker jy sal dit ken. Dit is in helderberg mountain.  maar kom volgende keer saam as jy nog nie seker is nie.

Sorry I missed it,  but I did some great rides in the Cederberg, including a new one on private property. Getting to know some of the local farmers, they are usually quite happy to let me ride on their land as long as I ask nicely.

When is the next Helderberg hub ride? I am keen to join, I see you guys rode some of the spots where I ride regularly. Great spot, and right on our doorstep!

Well Cassie proved why its safer in herds on these trails. Temptation is too big not to have fun and best of all its warming up distance from our homes.

 

BTW, whats the best way to clean ones chain after a dusty day?

Best way is to take a hose pipe and rinse off the dirt (but not under high pressure). The put a bit of chain lube of your choice on the chain and you good to go for a few more miles.

 

When it comes to giving your bike a more thorough clean you can take the chain off and wash it properly.
