My brother Marius and I just wanted to say Well done to all you Ironman and Ironladies out there to day.

<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Give yourself a pat on the back and enjoy the well deserved rest.

Thanks!

Tough swim with strong currents and HUGE swells, hard bike in a strong south-westerly wind.

I managed to keep the time I wanted untill halfway through the run.........and then the nightmare started.

Well, I finished but I'll do a lot more running for the next one.

hey, I'm back, after a failure at IM. Training did not work out at all. Had a very good swim, took 10 min or so off for a 1:37. Got through transition , and the first time we went up Wlamer Blvd I could feel my legs paining, so decided to carry on easy, and blew at 80 k , just cruised to 120 and retired at the transition. Well done to you guys who have finished.
