Hi All

 

I just would like yo get some better ideas of what is out there on the market and what would be best for me.

 

So I would like to know what feul do you use for a 100km race:

Before

During

After?

 

Any info leading to a race would be appretiated:

I use a Cytomax energy drink during the ride with a GU Energy gel or two. Depending on how hard the ride is I will have a Muscle Milk, also from the Cytomax range, just to replenish what I have lost after the race, within 15min.<?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

 

Basically, carb up 3 days before an event, eat 3-4 hours before the ride on the day, if you are going to eat anything. Hydrate during the race and make sure you put some carbs back into your system after the race.

is this how you spell "fuel" in the states?

 

These fuels is a new concept to us in the states, normally we just go with red meat.  Wink

Enduren - If you're health conscious and wish to avoid chemical additives such as colourants, preservatives and flavourants. This stuff is magic!!!
