I'll also have the RST M29 Squishy fork as spare when it arrives.

 

Can easily lose 0.5kg's if  I change tyres as the Nevegals are exceptionally heavy.

Two.

 

Currently 22/36 but after tomorrow 26/36

Not sure what it is about this bike but everything looks so clean and tidy, like minimal fuse but drop dead gorgeous in a way that no R60'000 plus bike ever has to me. Guess it's what they call the X factor

Stunning mate! The gold bits are just enough and it has that class look as opposed to some of the the overdone kitsch stuff you see lately ...........

What did this baby set you back?

 

Not as much as one would think.

 

I sold my Santa Cruz as a rolling chassis which paid for the Scandal's rolling chassis so used the rest of the parts from the SC

 

Built the set of wheels, replaced most of the drivetrain and bought the Exotic fork which probably came to around R8k.

 

Have the On-One wheels as spares and will also have the RST M29 Squishy fork as spare.
