Surely, the DC will be a whole lot cooler this year...

I would hope it would be similar to last year - we started with wet roads and it warmed up quite considerably as the day progressed.... then again, 9 hours is a long time for the weather to change - longer than a working day in fact

Snow on the mountains in Grabouw, if the clouds clear tonight we will see it in the morning, how crazy is this, snow in November, just crazy

I think it is melted already. I could see snow earlier on Franschoek's peak this afternoon, then a cloud bank went over the mountain, and when it cleared, it was gone. Moer of a cold here! I agree, it is very crazy weather for this time of year...

Jut bought me some funky early winter gloves here in Deutschland.

Might be able to use them for the Burger with the weather as it has been...

Hated the wet start for the DC last year... my pretty white shoes were full of grime for the whole ride... not cool!

Got in a nice 4 hour ride on the mtb in the dodgy weather yesterday... but the cold just made me hungry - a stop at McDonalds on the way home was very welcomed

Nice time in the saddle man, I only got 1hr 33min in, just over 50Km's.

Your weather cleared before mine so I only got out after 4pm. Legs felt k@k, especially after my adrenalin rush around 1.5Km's in when a skedonk pulled out in front of me, and I almost connected it.
